Shipping policy
Order processing
Allow 24–48 hours for order processing and dispatch (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking once your package ships.
Carriers and methods
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, and UPS depending on order value and contents. Shipping origin: Wylie, Texas 75098.
Domestic shipping rates (US only)
We ship to all 50 US states. Rates are based on order subtotal:

Insurance and signature requirements
All orders ship insured for the full order value. Orders containing graded slabs or with a subtotal of $500 or more ship with USPS signature confirmation required — someone must sign at delivery. We cannot waive signature requirements on these orders for security reasons.
International shipping
We currently ship to US addresses only. For Canada, Japan, EU, or other international shipping on high-value pieces, email info@trendsetter.company with your address and the items you're interested in — we can quote case-by-case.
Damaged or lost packages
All orders ship insured via USPS at the full order value. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, the insurance is yours to claim through USPS directly using your tracking number — claims are filed at usps.com/help/claims.htm. Photograph the outer packaging and contents immediately on arrival if damaged; you will need photos to support your claim.
Trendsetter Collectibles is not responsible for shipping damage, theft, or loss after a package leaves our facility. All sales are final once the order ships.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address as entered. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you for an updated address and re-ship at your cost (USPS reshipment rates apply).
