Refund policy

All sales are final

Trendsetter Collectibles is a single-piece-inventory specialist dealing in collectible trading cards, graded slabs, and sealed product. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • No buyer's-remorse returns.
  • No condition-dispute returns on raw cards.
  • No grade-dispute returns on graded slabs (PSA, TAG, BGS).
  • No returns on cracked slabs.
  • No returns on opened sealed product.
  • No returns or refunds for damage in transit (see "Shipping damage" below).
  • No returns or refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Inspect before you buy

Because all sales are final, we strongly encourage buyers to:

  • Read product descriptions carefully — set, card number, language, condition, grading service, and grade are all stated.
  • View all listing photos at full size before purchasing.
  • Request additional photos before purchase if anything is unclear — email info@trendsetter.company with the card name and what you'd like to see (front, back, corners, surface under angle, slab cert label, etc.). We respond same business day in most cases.

We'd much rather take 24 hours pre-purchase to send you the photos you need than have you finalize a sale you regret.

Shipping damage

All orders ship insured via USPS at the full order value. If your order arrives damaged, the insurance is yours to claim directly with USPS using your tracking number. Claims are filed at usps.com/help/claims.htm. Photograph the outer packaging and contents immediately on arrival; USPS will require photo evidence to process the claim.

Trendsetter Collectibles is not party to the buyer's USPS claim and does not issue refunds, replacements, or partial credits for shipping damage. Our responsibility ends when the package is dispatched with proper insurance and (for orders $500+) signature confirmation.

Lost or stolen packages

If USPS tracking shows your package as lost or stolen, file a claim with USPS directly. If your package is marked delivered but missing (potential theft or misdelivery), USPS insurance does not typically cover these cases. This is why we require signature confirmation on orders $500 and above — to reduce the risk of "delivered but missing" loss.

  • All raw singles
  • All sealed product
  • Cracked slabs
  • Gift cards

In summary: everything we sell is final.
